MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. on Thursday sought the timely completion of key infrastructure projects in the Davao Region.
In his speech during the distribution of land titles and certificates of condonation with the release of mortgage (COCROM) in Panabo, Davao del Norte, Marcos said he intends to revisit the region to inaugurate these significant projects.

Among these are the Tagum City Bypass Road, the Island Garden City of Samal Circumferential Road, and the Carmen-Tagum City Coastal Road.
“Hangad ko na sa susunod na pagbisita ko rito ay papasinayaan na natin ang Tagum City Bypass Road at ang Island Garden City of Samal Circumferential Road,” the president said.

Article continues after this advertisement“Sa 2026 pa raw po matatapos pero mas maganda kung mas maaga at pipilitan natin mas mabilis at mas maganda pa ang pagpapatayo na ‘yan,” he added.

Marcos noted that the prompt completion of these projects would provide convenience for residents, facilitate faster transport of goods, and enhance the region’s tourism industry.

He said this as he recognized the Panabo City National High School for winning second place in the National Parol-Making Competition.
“Buo ang aking suporta sa lahat ng mga proyekto at programang naglalayong na maisulong ang pagpapalawig ng turismo, pag-asenso ng inyong rehiyon, at pagkilala sa inyong galing,” he said.

During his visit, Marcos distributed COCROMs to over 11,000 beneficiaries from Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, and Davao Oriental.
He also awarded 672 electronic land titles to agrarian reform beneficiaries in Davao del Norte and Davao del Sur.game ape
