MANILA, Philippines — The Parañaque City police arrested three Chinese nationals and a Filipino in a buy-bust operation along Access Road in Barangay Don Galo at 3:45 a.m. on Thursday, November 28.
Article continues after this advertisementIn a report, the Southern Police District (SPD) said the suspects were arrested after selling illegal drugs worth an estimated P441,000 to an undercover agent.

Seized from the suspects were two transparent plastic sachets with 62 grams of shabu (crystal meth) valued at P421,600 and eight heat-sealed plastic foil packs labeled with “foreign characters” said to contain “happy water” or a drug cocktail worth P20,000.

Article continues after this advertisementAccording to the SPD report, the individuals apprehended were “informed of their constitutional rights”, but they “opted to remain silent.”
The suspects will face a formal complaint before the Parañaque City Prosecutor’s Office for violating provisions of the Dangerous Drugs Act.
